• From Route 390 Southbound:

Exit No. 16A to West Henrietta Rd. Turn left onto West Henrietta Rd.
Proceed to the third stop light (Lattimore Rd.). Turn left onto Lattimore
Rd. Proceed one block west to Norfolk Street. Turn left onto Norfolk
then right into parking lot for the Lattimore Medical Center. Use entrance
with the large green canopy.

• From Route 390 Northbound:

Take South Ave. out of the city to Mt. Hope (NY15). Stay on Mt. Hope.

the Lattimore Medical Center. Use entrance with the large green canopy.
